Why can't I see product prices?

To maintain the exclusivity and professional nature of our products, pricing is only visible to registered customers. Please create an account and log in to view our full pricing structure. Registration is quick, free, and gives you access to all product information.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required to view prices and place orders. This allows us to provide personalised service, track your order history, and ensure you receive the best possible experience with GENOSYS UK products.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website or app. You'll also receive SMS updates about your delivery status.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@genosys.co.uk. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer two Royal Mail tracked shipping options: Royal Mail 48 (2-3 working days, £4.95 or FREE on orders over £70) and Royal Mail 24 (next working day, £6.95). All orders include full tracking and are fully insured.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping (Royal Mail 48) on all orders over £70. For orders under £70, standard shipping is £4.95.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses and UK Islands, including Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note that remote areas may require an additional 1-2 working days for delivery. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to UK mainland addresses and UK Islands. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Please check back soon or contact us for updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty.

How do I return a product?

Contact us at info@genosys.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll provide a prepaid return label and cover all return costs.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We're sorry if your product arrives damaged! Please contact us immediately at info@genosys.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out right away or process a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Can I exchange a product?
