When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website or app, and you'll also receive SMS updates about your delivery.
Do you deliver to Scottish Highlands and Islands?
Yes, we deliver to all UK mainland addresses including Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note that remote areas may require an additional 1-2 working days for delivery.
What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Royal Mail will attempt delivery to your address. If you're not home, they'll leave a 'Something for You' card with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office. You can also specify a safe place during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to UK mainland addresses and UK Islands. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Please check back soon or contact us for updates.
